The App offers business process automation tools, including CRM features, task management, and client communication. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature without notice.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

All content, trademarks, and software in the App are owned by 2AutomateAnything or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your business purposes.

We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). For overseas users, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled in accordance with these principles.

If you are located outside Australia, your data may be transferred to and stored in Australia or other jurisdictions. We ensure that overseas recipients comply with APPs or equivalent standards.

If you subscribe to paid features, fees are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are only provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. For international users, disputes will be resolved under Australian jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
